Contract red flags

• Ownership not renounced, and no verified multisig in place
• Source code unverified on chain
• Active mint authority still present
• Pause, blacklist, or blocklist function present
• Hidden or dynamic sell tax above 5 to 10%

Liquidity red flags

• Liquidity locked under 6 months, or locked through an unverified custom contract
• LP tokens concentrated in a single withdrawable wallet
• Liquidity to market cap ratio under 10%

Holder red flags

• Top 10 wallets hold 35% or more of supply
• Top 10 wallets hold 50% or more, treat as near certain manipulation
• Dev wallet holds 10% or more with no history of selling down

Rule of thumb

Any single confirmed flag above is grounds to pass on the trade. Two or more flags together, regardless of category, is an automatic reject no matter how strong the narrative looks.

Purpose

These are the 10 Commandments for all meme coin trading activity under Saga. They exist to protect capital first and generate returns second. None are optional, and none are overridden based on conviction, urgency, or market conditions.

Commandment 1: Position Sizing

High conviction sizing requires a documented thesis with at least 3 independent catalysts. No position exceeds 15% of portfolio under any circumstance.

Commandment 2: Entry Criteria

• Pooled liquidity: minimum $50,000
• Liquidity to market cap ratio: minimum 10%
• 24 hour volume sufficient to support the position without the trade itself moving the market
• Price impact: single buy does not exceed 2% of pool liquidity
• Exit feasibility: full position could be liquidated within roughly 2% of current price

Failure on any single criterion is grounds to pass on the trade.

Commandment 3: Contract and Liquidity Diligence

• Ownership not renounced, and no verified multisig
• Source code unverified on chain
• Active mint authority
• Pause, blacklist, or blocklist function present
• Hidden or dynamic sell tax above 5 to 10%
• Liquidity locked under 6 months, or unverified locker
• LP tokens concentrated in a single withdrawable wallet

Any one of these is sufficient to reject the trade.

Commandment 4: Holder Concentration

• Reject if top 10 wallets hold more than 35% of supply, excluding LP and burn addresses
• 50% or more among the top 10 is treated as a manipulation signal, not a gray area

Commandment 5: Stop Loss Policy

Stops are set at entry, may be tightened to lock in profit, and are never loosened to avoid a loss.

Commandment 6: Take Profit Structure

• 25% of position sold at 2x
• 25% of position sold at 5x
• 25% of position sold at 10x
• Remaining 25% held as a runner with a trailing stop

Commandment 7: Portfolio Limits

• Maximum 5 concurrent open positions
• Maximum 10% of total trading capital newly deployed within any 24 hour period

Commandment 8: Daily Loss Limit

• Trading halts for the day upon a cumulative 10% portfolio drawdown within 24 hours
• Two consecutive days of hitting this limit triggers a mandatory 48 hour suspension and a full review before resuming

Commandment 9: Trade Log Requirements

• Entry price, market cap, and liquidity at entry
• Position size as % of portfolio
• Thesis and catalysts
• Exit price and final P&L, recorded within 1 hour of exit

Log reviewed weekly for pattern failures: sizing creep after wins, revenge trading after losses, or skipped diligence under FOMO.

Commandment 10: Touch Grass

• No trading after 12 or more consecutive hours of screen time without a real break away from the charts
• Decisions made while sleep deprived, emotionally flooded, intoxicated, or trading out of boredom are void, regardless of how good the setup looks
• One full day per week with no charts, no positions checked, no exceptions
• Winning streaks and losing streaks both distort judgment. Step outside before sizing up after either one
• If trading has started to feel like the only thing going on in your life, that is the signal to stop and reset, not to push through

Capital survives bad markets. It rarely survives a trader who never touches grass.

This policy is binding on all trading activity conducted under Saga and remains in effect until formally revised.

📊 Portfolio

Your home screen. Shows total portfolio value up top, a pie chart of allocation, a bar chart of cost basis versus current value, and a holdings list. Use Refresh prices here to pull live prices for every open position that has a chart link attached.

📈 OpenPositions

Open new positions, add to what you already hold, and sell partially or fully, all from this one tab. A buy on a ticker you already hold adds to it, a sell reduces it and fully closes the position once the quantity hits zero. Recent activity at the bottom logs every buy and sell, each one can be edited or deleted, and edits automatically recalculate your open and closed positions.

Everything you've fully exited, with dates opened and closed, cost basis, exit value, and final PNL in both percent and dollars.

🔍 TokenResearch

Run a new token through the Setup Quality Score before you buy. Fill in liquidity, volume, holders, website, socials, dev wallet, and holder concentration to get a score out of 100 and a suggested position size. If you mark "Did you buy this token?" as Y and fill in tokens bought and cost basis, logging the diagnostic also opens the position automatically.

👀 Watchlist

Track coins, crypto, and stocks you haven't bought yet, split into three categories. Comes preloaded with a starter list in each. Add anything with a chart link, then refresh individually or all at once to keep an eye on price without it counting as a position. Every field is editable if something needs correcting.

How to load any asset

Every "Chart link" field in this app works the same way: paste one link, everything else fills in. You never need to type a link format from memory, just copy the address bar from one of these three sites:

• Meme coins and most crypto tokens: dexscreener.com, search the ticker, copy the pair page URL
• Major coins (BTC, ETH, SOL, and similar): coingecko.com, search the coin, copy the page URL
• Stocks and ETFs: google.com/finance, search the ticker, copy the page URL

Paste that link into TokenResearch, when opening a new position, or when adding something to Watchlist, and the ticker's contract address, website, and X page fill in on their own when that data is available. Nothing is locked, if it grabs something wrong or misses a field, every field stays editable by hand.

Stocks need one extra step: add your own free Finnhub API key in the Profile card up top, that's what actually fetches stock prices. Crypto and meme coins work with no key needed.

Chart links and live prices

That same link also powers the Refresh price buttons across Portfolio, OpenPositions, and Watchlist. DexScreener gives you liquidity too, CoinGecko and stocks don't track that since it's a DEX-pool-specific number. If a refresh ever fails, the tool will tell you rather than showing a stale number, just update the value by hand as a fallback.

Your data

Everything you enter is private to your own account, nobody else using this tool can see it. Use Download backup any time to save a copy to your device, and Import backup to restore it, including into a newer version of this tool if one gets shared with you later.
